Dr Dale Athey, Chief Executive Officer - leads and manages the business overall. A co-founder of Orla, Dale has 20 years experience in clinical diagnostics, including extensive commercial experience in customer-facing roles with global companies such as Bayer and Chiron Diagnostics.

Dr Deepan Shah, Senior Research Scientist - an experienced molecular biologist, Deepan heads the team responsible for all protein design & manufacturing services within Orla - whether for supply to customers, or use in creating cell culture products, biosensor surfaces or other applications.

Dr Siôn Phillips, Senior Scientist - Siôn leads the team responsible for research & development of Orla's 2D and 3D products for mammalian and stem cell culture.
